How to Book your party!
- When fully ready to book, fill out our booking form with the party information. If you have questions before booking please read our FAQs below or email us.
- We will email to confirm our availability for your party. We use a credit card service to process our invoices. Bookings are generally paid in full when booking, if you need to break into 2 payments, please email us with an arrangement. All events are to be paid 2 weeks prior to the event.
- Tips are always appreciated and can be given in cash to the artist or sent through cash app or venmo.
- Enjoy your party day, the artist will be there about 10-20 min early to setup and be ready to go at the set start time.

- Are you available for my party date?
With a team of artists we are available for most any date/time for face painting services. Two weeks in advance is preferred when booking, but feel free to check in with us and we can usually book an artist for your event. Halloween, Christmas and March are our busiest times of the year, please note we will try to accommodate those bookings, but may not have open availability then.
- What is the price?
Our prices are listed on the pricing page here.
- What do I need to provide?
We bring our own director's chair and table. The artists will need a well lit area covered area, trees are not enough of a cover, we also do not want leaves/dirt dropping onto our supplies.

In the warmer months face paint is better inside, it does not stick well to sweaty faces.
- Pools, Bounce Houses and Rain
Unfortunately the standard face painting does not stay on or stick when exposed to heavy sweat or water. It is water based makeup made to be gentle on young sensitive skin. Many bounce house companies do not allow face paint inside as it could rubs off on the walls. Balloons and Airbrush Face Paint/Tattoos work best for water or hot events.
- Face Paint and Airbrush Tattoo Removal
Our hand painted face paint is water based, which makes it easy to remove with soap and water, coconut oil or lotion at the end of the day. Airbrush facepaint/tattoos come off with alcohol, liquid soap or coconut oil.
- Cancellation Policy
Parties require payment to reserve your space with an artist. This means the artist will be turning away any other bookings at that time to entertain for your event. Our cancellation or rescheduling fees are as follows.
-Bookings canceled two weeks prior to the event will lose the retainer fee that was paid when booking, usually 50% of the total.
-Bookings rescheduled/canceled within two week of the event are non refundable.
-Bookings rescheduled two weeks prior to the event will be subject to a $75 fee.
-We do understand Hurricanes and other large acts of nature are uncontrollable, please email us if you must reschedule due to a major event.
-Rain, thunderstorms and heat are normal Florida weather and not a refundable reason, please let us know the rain backup plan for your event in case of a bad forecast.
